Cancellation Policy

📋 Practice Policies & Client Agreement 🌿 Commitment to Care Your time and therapeutic process are deeply valued. To provide the highest level of care, the following policies ensure consistency, respect, and meaningful progress for all clients. ⸻ ⏰ Scheduling & Appointments • Sessions are by appointment only • Clients are encouraged to book recurring sessions to maintain continuity of care • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the next scheduled client ⸻ ❗ Cancellation & No-Show Policy • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will incur a full session fee • Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are charged the full session rate Exceptions may be made for emergencies at provider discretion ⸻ 💳 Payment Policy • Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made • Accepted forms: Credit/Debit, HSA/FSA (if applicable), and approved insurance •
